From register to running system, without disturbing your office

You don’t buy software from me and figure it out alone. I set Schoolmix up for your school, load your data with you, train your staff, and keep it running. Here is exactly what happens.

The four steps

    I set it up for your school

    Your school gets its own address — yourschool.schoolmix.in — with its own isolated database. Classes, sections, fee heads and the session calendar are configured to match how your school actually works. You don't install anything.

    We load your students and fee structure together

    We sit together — at your school or over a call — and bring in your student records, from Excel, CSV or the register. Fee structures, transport and other optional services, concessions: entered and checked with your office, not dumped on them.

    Your office is trained on real work

    I train your fee counter and office staff on your own data: collecting a fee, printing a receipt, finding who hasn't paid. Every page has help in Hindi and English for the days I'm not standing next to them.

  4. 4

    I run the server, backups and support

    Hosting, nightly Google Drive backups (restores tested), software updates and fixes — all mine to handle. When your office has a question, they message me on WhatsApp and a person answers, not a ticket system.

What your school needs

An internet connection

Ordinary broadband is fine; a mobile hotspot works as a backup on bad days.

One computer and a printer at the fee counter

Any computer that runs a web browser. Receipts print from the browser — no special hardware.

That's it

No server room, no software installation, no IT person. Teachers and parents use their own phones.

And after the setup?

The part most software companies get wrong is the part I do myself. Your school’s system runs on a server I manage. Every night an automated backup goes to Google Drive — and I test that backups can actually be restored, because a backup nobody has restored is just a hope. Updates and fixes are applied for you.

When your office has a question, they send me a WhatsApp message or call. The person who answers is the person who wrote the software and set up your school — there is nobody else it could be.
